We ship all orders via USPS with tracking. Standard delivery times are 3-7 business days for domestic orders.

Signature Confirmation

For your protection, all orders are shipped with signature confirmation by default. This ensures your premium leather goods are delivered securely and provides proof of delivery.

Waiving Signature Requirement

You may opt out of signature confirmation at checkout by selecting the "Waive signature requirement" option on the cart page. By waiving signature confirmation, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

Risks of Waiving Signature:

• Package Theft: Your order may be left unattended and could be stolen from your doorstep
• No Proof of Receipt: Without signature confirmation, there is no verified proof you received the package
• Limited Recourse: Claims for lost or stolen packages without signature confirmation may not be eligible for replacement or refund
• Carrier Discretion: The carrier may leave the package in an unsecured location
• Weather Exposure: Packages left outside may be exposed to weather conditions

Important: By selecting to waive signature confirmation, you assume full responsibility for the package once the carrier marks it as delivered. Fire Creek Leather cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages when signature confirmation has been waived.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. Signature confirmation is included at no additional charge.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties determined by your country. Signature confirmation is required for all international shipments and cannot be waived.
