Returns & Exchanges — Fire Creek Leather

At Fire Creek Leather, every piece we make is built to earn its place in your daily carry. If something isn’t right, we stand behind our work and make it right with the same integrity we put into our craft.

30‑Day Return Window

You may return unused, unaltered items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be in original condition, free of wear, marks, or modifications. unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non‑Returnable Items

Because of their custom nature, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom‑engraved items
  • Made‑to‑order pieces with unique specifications
  • Final‑sale or clearance items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How to Start a Return

Reach out to our support team at returns@firecreekleather.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, We will notify you, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
