At Fire Creek Leather, every order is handled with the same care and respect we put into our craft. Our shipping standards reflect that commitment to reliability, honesty, and old‑school integrity.

Order Processing
Each item is crafted, inspected, and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
Custom or made‑to‑order pieces may require additional time — quality isn’t rushed here.
We don’t ship on weekends or holidays. If order volume is unusually high, we’ll communicate any meaningful delays directly.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it from our workshop to your doorstep.

Verified Signature Requirement
Your gear matters — and we treat it that way.
All Fire Creek Leather shipments are sent with a Verified Signature Requirement. This ensures your order is placed directly into your hands, not left to chance on a porch or in a mailbox.

Opt‑Out Option
If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, you may opt out at checkout or contact us before your order ships.
Please note: Opting out transfers delivery responsibility to the carrier. Fire Creek Leather is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We can’t replace or refund orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.

Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping may be added as our operations expand.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package goes missing or experiences a significant delay, reach out to contact@firecreekleather.com and we’ll help initiate a claim with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right.
