The Wildland Series is Spike Camp's tribute to wildland fire culture, the work ethic, the country, and the people who go in when everyone else is coming out. Duff Monster belongs in that lineup.

Duff isn't something soft. It's the deep organic layer under your boots that burns slow and invisible underground, the fire you don't see until it's already everywhere. That's the energy behind this roast. A slow-burn kind of strong that doesn't announce itself. It just keeps you moving until you realize you haven't thought about stopping.

Two tablespoons per 8oz.

Drip - We are going to assume you know how to use a drip coffee machine

Pourover - Water just off boil, pour slow. Runs in percolators and cowboy pots without issue. No gadgets required.

Roast: Dark. Body: Heavy. Acidity: Low. Finish: Long, bitter-forward, baker's chocolate.

Q: Is this actually strong or just dark roast marketing?

A: It's strong. Heavy body, bitter-forward, baker's chocolate and molasses as the entire profile. If you live on light roast, this will rearrange your morning.

Q: Whole bean or ground?

A:Both available at checkout. Pre-ground tuned for camp pots and percolators, no grinder required unless you want one.
