The 30-30-30 threshold is something seasoned firefighters recognize before they can name it. It's the moment the fire stops being manageable and starts being something else entirely. This blend carries that same energy, complex, layered, and stronger than it looks until you're two hours into the morning and realize you haven't thought about stopping.

Two tablespoons per 8oz. Pourover or French press. Water just off boil, four minute contact time, pour slow. Consistent and clean. Runs in camp pots without issue.
